Room to Spare doesn’t collect information about you or your files. No analytics, no tracking, no account.

Your files

Room to Spare moves files between your Mac and your own external drive. It never uploads them, and never sends their names or contents anywhere.

Your license

When you activate a license, the app sends your license key and your Mac’s name to Lemon Squeezy, which handles our payments and licenses. Your Mac’s name lets you tell your activations apart. The app checks the license again about once a week.

Updates

The app checks roomtospare.app for new versions. Like any web request, that includes the app’s version, and nothing about you or your files.

Buying Room to Spare

Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and handles checkout, payment and receipts. Their privacy policy covers the details you give them when you buy.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
